Days of our Lives Weekly Spoilers June 8-12: Stephanie’s TRIGGER HAPPY & Kate FRANTIC! | Soap Dirt
The quiet streets of Salem are about to erupt. Gasoline has been poured on old grudges, new alliances are forming in the dark, and one trigger-happy resident is about to turn a peaceful afternoon into a nightmare. Buckle up—here’s what’s coming your way.
Monday. The storm begins.
EJ DiMera extends an olive branch to someone in town—and it’s promptly thrown back in his face. The offer doesn’t matter much; what matters is that EJ can’t stand rejection, and Salem knows it. Whoever said no just painted a target on their own back.
Meanwhile, Dr. Rolf has been busy. The necropsy on Miracle Max—that ill-fated rat injected with the same serum as Lexi—has come back with disturbing findings. Rolf calls EJ with the grim news, and before long, Lexi is lying on an examination table in the doctor’s secret lab. Rolf leans in, his voice low and serious: “How much risk are you willing to take?” Lexi doesn’t hesitate. “I will do anything.” The question is—will she regret those words?
Tensions are also simmering between Xander and Philip. Xander has discovered that Gabby made a financial offer to Philip—and Philip turned it down. Now Gabby is refusing Xander because Philip said no, and Philip’s ego is in flames. He feels betrayed, lied to, humiliated. But Xander isn’t the type to back down. When Philip tries to muscle him, expect an explosion.
Elsewhere, Sarah’s instincts are screaming. She tells Brady that something feels deeply wrong. Brady, ever the detective, asks the pointed question: “Do you think it’s foul play?” Sarah needs Brady to put on his PI hat and track down Liam Seleo. She has questions about dead Destiny. About her dead sister Clea. The truth is buried somewhere—and she intends to dig it up.
Tuesday. Locked doors and loaded weapons.
Xander and Kristen are in bed together. Fully clothed, for now—but the intimacy is unmistakable. Then the banging starts. A voice cuts through the door: “Xander! I know you are in there.” Gwen. And she sounds furious. Is Xander about to get caught red-handed? The walls are closing in.
Speaking of walls closing in—EJ has a new enemy, and her name is Gwen. The moment she dropped the dead man switch bombshell, the look on EJ’s face told you everything. If anything happens to Gwen, the evidence against EJ goes public. She’s holding all the cards. And now she’s making a play to steal the hospital right out from under him. EJ will warn her. She won’t listen. Gwen doesn’t do caution.
Then there’s the chaos at Alex and Stephanie’s place. Alex’s wife, Joy, has just returned from China. She knocks on the door. Stephanie is napping on the couch. The rattling of the doorknob jolts her awake—and in a flash, she grabs a gun and fires. Through the door. At an unseen person. Joy could be dead. The insanity doesn’t end there. Jada arrives on the scene and lays into Stephanie: “You pulled a loaded gun on an innocent person and fired.” Stephanie didn’t lock the weapon in a safe. She didn’t separate the ammo like Steve instructed. She shot blind. A bullet through sheetrock could have traveled straight into Jada’s apartment and hit Shawn—again—while he recovers from his last tragedy.
And somewhere in the chaos, Javi needs a favor from Gabby. Something about his boyfriend Gus moving to town. Or maybe it’s about the lingering specter of Leo.
Wednesday. Reckoning and romance.
Shawn’s recovery is moving fast—fast enough that sparks with Jada might reignite soon. Remember their chemistry? It was electric once, and then it just… faded. But with Belle locking lips with Chad by week’s end, Shawn is suddenly very available. Expect the temperature to rise.
Amy seeks out Melinda for a heartfelt conversation. Sophia was important to both of them. But Amy might be plotting revenge against Holly—and if she is, Melinda could be the one to stop her. Because Melinda knows the truth about Sophia. The blackmail. The terror. The darker side of a girl who played the victim but was anything but. Will Melinda deliver a much-needed reality check?
Leo, for his part, is begging Gwen to be careful. He wants to publish the scoop on EJ—he craves that byline—but not if
