Welcome back, Salem faithful. You’re tuned into Soap Dirt, your ultimate destination for television entertainment news and spoiler breakdowns. I’m Belinda, and today we’re unpacking a fresh batch of Days of Our Lives predictions that are about to blow the lid off some of the most explosive storylines in Salem right now.

We’re asking the burning question: Is Amy Choi the reason Holly Jonas is suddenly losing her grip on reality? And will that mysterious drug test spell total disaster for the young Jonas girl? Buckle up, because we’ve also got a heartbroken guy who may receive a very tempting invitation, and a secret scheme that’s about to trigger serious outrage when it comes to light.

Today’s predictions span the biggest rivalries and alliances in Salem: Amy vs. HollyGabi and TheoAri and LiamXander and Kristen, and the power clash between Chad and EJ. Before we dive deep, smash that subscribe button if you haven’t already. And remember — every prediction we make is rooted in official Days spoilers. Nothing here is guesswork.

Let’s get into it.

Prediction One: Is Amy Choi Secretly Tampering with Holly’s Medication?

This is the theory that has fans buzzing. New spoilers for Wednesday reveal that Holly Jonas collapses the moment she returns to town — and this isn’t her first episode. She already had a frightening collapse at the lake. Something is seriously wrong with this girl.

By Thursday, Rafe is sounding the alarm, giving EJ a heads-up about a major developing crisis. Meanwhile, Holly shares a disturbing theory with Tate — she knows something isn’t right inside her own body. And up at the hospital, Sarah opens up to Brady about what’s unfolding. But here’s where it gets serious: Sarah is running a full drug test on Holly this week.

The results come back clean for benzodiazepines. Clean for marijuana. But here’s the bombshell: Holly tests positive for Coricidin — an opiate. Let that sink in.

Holly wasn’t prescribed opiates. She was given antidepressants by her doctor. So where is this powerful opioid coming from?

Enter Amy Choi. Amy is a mother consumed by grief and rage. She believes Holly is responsible for Sophia’s apparent suicide — a death we know was actually a murder orchestrated by Kristen, who double-crossed and killed Sophia in cold blood. Holly is completely innocent. But Amy doesn’t know that. And she doesn’t care.

Amy tried to go through legal channels first. She begged DA Belle Black to press charges — manslaughter, cyberbullying, anything. Belle refused. So Amy pivoted. She hit Holly with a civil lawsuit, served so aggressively that the process server tracked Holly all the way to a remote cabin just to deliver the papers.

Now, EJ is defending Holly against Amy’s crusade, and he may be the one to piece together the truth about Sophia’s murder. But that still doesn’t explain Holly’s positive opioid test — the same drug, mind you, that killed two other girls recently.

The theory? Amy knows about Holly’s history with pill abuse. She may have decided that if the legal system won’t punish Holly, she’ll take matters into her own hands. What if Amy has been swapping Holly’s medication — replacing her antidepressants with opioids to make her look like a relapsing addict? On the surface, Holly appears to be falling apart. But underneath, someone may be systematically poisoning her.

We’ve already seen warning signs. During the trip to Smith Island with Tate, Aaron, and Ari, Holly was constantly woozy, nauseous, and disoriented. She’s been slipping further and further from reality. The evidence is mounting, and if this theory is correct, Amy Choi is far more dangerous than anyone in Salem realizes.

What’s Next?

Holly’s positive drug test will blow this case wide open. If EJ connects Amy’s vendetta to the tampered medication, Amy could be exposed as a poisoner — not a grieving mother seeking justice, but a woman willing to destroy an innocent girl to satisfy her own need for vengeance. Meanwhile, the truth about Sophia’s murder at Kristen’s hands remains buried. For now.

But that’s not all we’re tracking this week. There are seismic shifts coming for Gabi and Theo, explosive tension between Ari and Liam, a dangerous game unfolding between Xander and Kristen, and Chad and EJ are circling each other like sharks in a power struggle that could reshape Salem entirely.

One crushed guy in particular may find himself on the receiving end of an invitation he never saw coming — and it could change everything.

Stay tuned. The drama in Salem is only heating up.
